The Heart opener

So let me tell you about this amazing piece of heaven called Cacao! I have always known of this particular bean but for some reason I was never urged to try it. Ultimately I finally took it upon myself to take a trip to Wholefoods and pick up a pack of Cacao Powder "Navitas Organics" to exact; and began to experiment with my very own concoction. Taking a few tips from others and remixing it to create my own recipe of course. Before I go into detail about how I fell in love with this little burst of love, let me give you a bit of background on Cacao itself.

What is Cacao?

Cacao is a bean from the pods that grow from a Theobroma Cacao tree. Mostly grown in South America or Central American countries. Cacao is basically chocolate in its most raw form, before the process of becoming a powder or nib. Cacao can be used to make many things such as butter, nibs, powder or paste.

Cacao has benefits, and who doesn't like benefits?

Besides Cacao being a superfood, it lowers blood pressure, reduces ones risk for diabetes, may reduce symptoms of depression and also has cancer protective properties. Amongst these wonderful benefits it is also high in flavanols, magnesium, and also has antioxidents and protein. So there you have a boost in your metabolism, glowing skin, energy booster, great brain and heart health while maintaining a positive shift in your mood. If you ask me , your getting a lot by choosing to switch to a healthier version of chocolate (which I absolutely love btw).

Back to the point.....

By now you're probably wondering how I made my recipe, thus allowing me to fall in love with this little gem. So here we go! Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

I threw on some Sza - Good Days to be exact, because I just knew what the Cacao was going to give. I proceeded to grab my favorite mug and dropped 2 teaspoons of Navita's Cacao Powder in there. I added hot water and Oat Milk (eyeballed). Once I gave that a good mix, I threw in 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon, a dash of Tumeric and some Blue Agave to taste. This my friend is IT! If you'd like to be cute with it you can throw a dash of Cacao on to top it all off. If you are new to Cacao, it may give off a bitter taste but the Cinnamon and Agave makes it all worth it.

Items Needed.....

  • A Song to set the mood

  • Your Favorite Mug

  • Navita's Organics Cacao

  • Cinnamon

  • Blue Agave

  • Tumeric

  • Dairy or Non-Dairy Milk (Non-Dairy Recommended)

Caution!!!

Cacao may bring feelings of warmth, love, happiness, cuddle sensations and urges to text a loved one.
