Rose and Vanilla Moon Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • 1 tsp dried rose petals (heart-opening, calming)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (comforting, mood-enhancing)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (warming, improves circulation)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetness, promotes relaxation)

  • ½ tsp ashwagandha (optional) (reduces stress, supports balance

Instructions

  • In a small pot, gently warm the almond milk over low heat. Do not boil.

  • Add rose petals, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and Ashwagandha (if using). Stir well.

  • Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the rose petals.

  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup.

  • Pour into your favorite mug, take a deep breath, and enjoy!
