Rose and Vanilla Moon Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup warm almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tsp dried rose petals (heart-opening, calming)
½ tsp vanilla extract (comforting, mood-enhancing)
½ tsp cinnamon (warming, improves circulation)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetness, promotes relaxation)
½ tsp ashwagandha (optional) (reduces stress, supports balance
Instructions
In a small pot, gently warm the almond milk over low heat. Do not boil.
Add rose petals, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and Ashwagandha (if using). Stir well.
Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the rose petals.
Sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
Pour into your favorite mug, take a deep breath, and enjoy!
